About the event
Soft Opening: Friday, April 10th from 4 - 6pm
Ryan Singer and Kelly O’Dell explore prehistory as a living presence, where deep time and the present moment exist side by side. Singer’s work draws from memories of his childhood near Tuba City where he once searched for fossils in sandstone and dreampt of dinosaurs across the desert landscapes of Arizona and New Mexico. O’Dell’s blown-glass dinosaurs, ammonites, and specimen-like forms function as a speculative archive, asking what survives, what disappears, and what we choose to remember. Together, their work blurs the boundary between past and present, inviting reflection on time, preservation, and our evolving relationship to the natural world.
